PARTICIPATION RULES

GET PERMISSION

- Check with your teachers and school if you can participate in the 2024 LipDub Challenge.

PICK YOUR SONGS

- Choose fun and school-friendly songs that everyone enjoys.

- Make sure the songs are appropriate for TV airing, without any explicit content.

   It should be suitable for a wide audience.

PLAN TOGETHER

- Work as a team to decide where to film and who will join in.

INCLUDE EVERYONE

- Invite students from all grades, clubs, organizations, and even alumni and members of

   the community to take part and represent your school!

USE COOL OUTFITS AND PROPS

- Dress up in cool outfits and use awesome props but keep it school friendly.

SHOW SCHOOL SPIRIT

- Add things that represent your school, like colors or mascots.

PRACTICE TOGETHER

- Rehearse lip-syncing and moves to make it awesome.

TIME IT RIGHT

- Practice together so everyone knows when to start and stop.

- Videos are required to be within 3-5 minutes. Videos shorter or longer than this duration

   will be sent back for revision.

BE RESPECTFUL

- Be nice and don't disturb classes or activities.

FILM IN ONE GO

- Film everything in one take for a smooth video. No edits or post-production.

- If you add special effects, the video will be sent back for corrections. Make sure it's perfect!

- The use of external parties to film is strictly forbidden and will result in disqualification.

- Participants may use any grade of equipment to film their video if all rules and regulations

   pertaining to their use follow local and federal requirements.

- Important Note: If the rules for filming are not followed, the video will be returned to your

   school for corrections. Make sure everything is right! It must be turned in by the deadline.

SUBMIT AND RELAX

- Submit your video by April 5th, 2024, and relax, the hard part is over!

SHARE AND CELEBRATE

- Share your awesome lip dub with everyone and celebrate your hard work.
